Amla (Emblica officinalis): Regulates blood-glucose levels stabilising haemoglobin and boosts cardiovascular function. 100 g of Amla has 30 times more vitamin C than an orange and strengthens teeth bones and promotes healthy hair growth. Amla aids digestive metabolism and boosts immunity. Amla purifies the liver of harmful toxins free radicals and heavy metals and has a potent rejuvenating effect on the entire body. Haritaki (Terminalia chebula): Well known for its anti-ageing properties and slows hair greying and improves overall hair growth. Haritaki boosts cognitive function and improves memory and eyesight. Posologie

MAHARISHI AMRIT KALASH-4 (Jam): take 10 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) twice daily with milk or plant-based milk substitute. MAHARISHI AMRIT KALASH-5 (Tablets): take 1 tablet twice daily with milk or plant based milk substitute or water within 30 minutes of consumption of Amrit Kalash jam.
